Furniture and Supplies

23.1. Furniture

  • Office rooms, meeting rooms, and facilities must be equipped with furniture, furnishings, partitioning, stands, and service counters, as acceptable to ADB. In the offices, all furniture must be in place at least 24 hours before the offices open for a check.
  • Filing cabinets (four-drawer vertical) with locks and keys are also required in offices. They should measure 1,321 millimeters by 470 millimeters by 725 millimeters.
  • Carts or trolleys should be made available onsite to move documents and heavy materials.
