Overview:
In this chapter, the role of the Host Country is outlined in detail.
General meeting requirements are summarized in the resource linked below in a simple to read grid format, this should be used as a master reference document when looking at the ADB annual meeting as a whole.
The role of the host country is one that is both complex and multifarious. It is recommended that a PCO be engaged in the early stages to ensure that all facets of the meeting are managed in a way that is both timely and cost efficient.
The host country is expected to meet and exceed expectations across all responsibilities of hosting the meeting and as such communication across all meeting stakeholders is key.
