Furniture and Supplies

23.2. Supplies

The host country provides stationery and office supplies in the offices that are established at the meeting venue. Supplies should be made available 2 days before the offices open and be delivered to the ADB Secretariat for distribution to each office. Below is a checklist of supplies required and the approximate total quantity needed for the Annual Meeting.

Staple wire 50 boxes
Fold-back binder clip 50 pieces
Paper tray (single tier) 70 pieces
Wastebasket 70 pieces
For Business Session and Meetings
Notepad with Annual Meeting logo (to be provided by host country) 700 pads (20 sheets per pad)
For Registration Center
Corrugated cardboard filing box for badges (16 inches x 14 inches x 16 inches) 40 pieces
Utility cutter with retractable blade 6 pieces
File or paper tray 10 pieces
Wastebasket 10 pieces
Adaptor and extension cord (for universal  power outlets) 20 pieces
For Seminars
Notepad with AM logo (to be provided by host country) 35 pads
Country names (printed on thick board / toblerone style) (by ADB)  
Stanchion identifiers [Management, Board of Directors (2), Board of Governors (2)] (by ADB)  
For Return Shipment of Materials (designated freight forwarder may be requested to provide)
Corrugated cardboard box (16 inches by 14 inches by 16 inches) 50 pieces
Utility cutter with retractable blade 3 pieces
Plastic twine 3 rolls
Packing tape 10 rolls
Bubble, plastic, and paper wrap 5 rolls
