Host Country Role

5. ADB missions

Important Information:

A “mission” is an activity whereby the ADB, the HOC and the PCO - who should be appointed well before this time - meet within the host country nominated venue  to learn from each other around what best practice, in terms of event management looks like within the region.

It is an opportunity for knowledge sharing and deep project planning with focus on specific meeting-related topic areas.  At the conclusion of the mission, all stakeholders should be clear as to what their roles and responsibilities are for that definitive focus.
