17.11. Computer Equipment and Technical Staff

1.  The host country is required to provide technical personnel
   The host country is required to provide technical personnel to support the installation of software including the latest available Windows operating system, Word, Excel, and an internet browser, and to assist the registration center with any troubleshooting problems. In addition, a network technician is required to ensure the proper working of the network and the registration server and to support troubleshooting.
