20.6. Webcasting

1. Webcasting is an effective and cost-effective way of broadcasting the Annual Meeting to all interested stakeholders who are not present in the host country. The President's press conference, opening session, business session, Governors' seminar and other select seminars must be broadcasted and recorded in digital format, which ADB can upload on its website for webcast or podcast. Webcasting must be provided by the host country for key events to be webcast live on the ADB and host country websites. ADB only accepts files in the following formats - MOV or MP4.
2. The Host country, technical provider or PCO  is responsible for contracting the supplier for webcasting services, and is also responsible for supplier supervision during the event. ADB coordinates with the host county for pre-event testing and links the ADB Annual Meeting website to the webcast.
