6.6. Guarantee

ADB does not guarantee any block bookings for delegations other than rooms to be paid by ADB. Any guarantee deemed necessary after pressure from hotels is the responsibility of the host country or the PCO. This means that the host country or PCO will need to negotiate satisfactory attrition rates based on knowledge of attendance from previous years as the responsibility for paying for any unused rooms is that of the host country.
