Overview:
This chapter focuses on the limited number of print items required for the annual meeting and who is responsible for printing what.
Printing is largely discouraged and where possible, digital solutions should be provided in keeping the green and sustainable meeting values.
ADB looks after a number of approved printed items, some of which are to be printed onsite while the balance of print requirements are to be provided by Host Country prior to the annual meeting.
It is recommended that an official printing partner be appointed by Host Country or appointed PCO so that requirements can be streamlined through one point of contact.
All materials should be printed on recycled paper and recycled once the annual meeting has concluded.
Important Information:
- ADB Annual Meeting is a sustainable event, and thus all efforts to reduce or eliminate printing should be done.
- Only event materials cleared by the Office of The Secretary (OSEC) can be printed.
- Any authorized event materials should be printed locally.
- All event materials that use the Annual Meeting logo and graphic identifiers should be guided by Chapter 5. Branding the Annual Meeting.
- Publications, seminar handouts, presentations, news releases, and statements are all posted online.
