  1. Security, Safety and Health Advisories related to the host country are available online at I-SOS (www.internationalsos.com), which is accessible to all ADB Staff using their ADB membership log in number. For non-ADB participants, this is available on the Annual Meeting website. A mandatory training on Basic and Advanced security training in the field is conducted for all ADB and host country personnel.
  2. The host country shall ensure compliance with housekeeping/sanitation guidelines presented in Appendix 104, Green Cleaning Guidelines; Appendix 105, Best Practices on Janitorial Services; Appendix 106, Integrated Pest Management; and Appendix 107, Waste Segregation and Disposal Scheme.
