InfoMap is produced, funded, and coordinated by ADB. The Host country assists by providing at least three local suppliers suitable for the print production. The Host country also provides content to these materials. ADB will coordinate and engage the suppliers.
The InfoMap is an A3 publication that has the schedule of the events on one side and maps of the venue on the other. Printed on light stock, the InfoMap is folded into a pocket size material and inserted into the delegate's bags.
