18.6. Transport Desk

A transport desk for car and shuttle bus inquiries is required in the meeting venue(s) and also at each hotel at which a substantial number of delegates is staying. These desks at hotels may also provide information on tours, shopping, and restaurants as well as providing event and shuttle bus schedules. The host country should ensure that staff members operating the desks have all of the information that they require, including copies of the shuttle schedule, and the schedule of Annual Meeting events.
