Overview:
This chapter focuses on preparatory meetings and ADB missions that are held between the Host Country, ADB and the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) (where one is appointed) during the pre-production phase of the Annual Meeting, and outlines the division of roles and responsibilities for meetings and missions.
Important Information:
- Regular (monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly) progress meetings between ADB and the Host Country are critical to ensure all tasks are actioned within the timeframe.
- Host Country and ADB agree to set up and host progress meetings and share the summaries and action points after each meeting.
- Missions by ADB to the Host Country are critical to assess progress and take action where/when needed to ensure activities are on track.
