18.2. Currency Exchange Service and Automated Teller Machine

A commercial bank provides a currency exchange service in several major currencies for all participants at the meeting venue(s). It is also helpful if an ATM that accepts international credit and debit cards can be provided at the meeting venue to dispense cash. These facilities should be open throughout the duration of the meeting (i.e., days 1 to 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily). Special arrangements should be made for these facilities to be open in case the meeting falls on a weekend or a public holiday.
