8.7. Holding Room for Guest of Honor
- When the president or prime minister of the host country is the Guest of Honor at the Annual Meeting, the host country provides a holding room for him or her close to the venue of the event, complete with refreshments.
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Guest of Honor at the Annual Meeting is the responsibility of the host country or PCO to organize and pay for.
