8.5. Invitations

Invitations to ADB-hosted official and networking events are the responsibility of the ADB Secretariat (i.e., the networking events unit). However, the host country provides the ADB Secretariat with the names and titles of host country dignitaries and diplomatic officials to be invited to official and networking events, and may also assist in distributing such invitations in advance of the meeting (Chapter 13. Accreditation and Invitations).  RSVP’s on final VIP attendees to be handed to the Host Country or PCO a week prior to the networking event taking place.
