16.10. Traffic and Transportation Plan
- The host country shall provide a comprehensive traffic and transportation plan to ensure that:
- an Overall Transportation and Traffic Committee is appointed
- transportation and traffic flow plan is provided to ADB
- appointment of 24-hour Transportation Coordinator takes place by the establishment mission
- participants use the vehicles provided
- shuttle buses run frequently enough
- the vehicles provided are of good quality and reliable
- shuttle buses follow the schedule
- shuttle bus drivers know the itineraries to and from the airport, the hotels and all venue(s)
- All vehicles are eco-friendly in keeping with sustainable meeting practices
