17.4. Photographs

Participants are expected to register and submit their photographs in advance in order for badges to be printed. Participants are required to attach color photographs (preferably, similar to the photos in their passports) electronically to their registration forms for their ID badges to complete their registration. Photographs should be on a white background, measuring 4 cm x 4 cm and in jpg format (with 200 dots per square inch [dpi] and a file size of not more than 100 kilobytes).
